Aluminum Covered Line Wire AAC Conductor

Covered Line Wire are intended primary for the distribution of electrical energy under normal condition of overhead (aerial) installation and service outdoors. Approved for use on insulators for overhead circuits. Otherwise treated as a bare conductor.
The cables maintain optimal performance in typical environmental conditions while ensuring reliable power transmission across overhead networks. Their design prioritizes both electrical efficiency and mechanical durability for sustained service in aerial installations.

Application

AAC (All Aluminum Conductor)‌ serves as a bare overhead conductor specifically engineered for primary and secondary electrical distribution systems. The conductor incorporates high-strength aluminum-alloy material that achieves an optimal strength-to-weight ratio while maintaining superior sag resistance.

Key Performance Advantages:

‌Lightweight High Conductivity‌: Pure aluminum construction ensures optimal electrical efficiency with minimal weight.

Corrosion Resistance‌: Superior oxidation resistance compared to steel-reinforced conductors.

Cost-Effective‌: Lower material and installation costs due to simplified structure.

Flexible Installation‌: Easier handling and splicing for overhead power lines.
